NICE TO MEET YOU, DEAR CREATIVE MIND.
I’m Pascale, your guide on the rebellious path of creative living.
Pascale Côté, Creativity Guide & Therapeutic Arts Practitioner
WHo i am
I’m an artist, creativity guide & therapeutic arts practitioner.
I work where opposites meet. At the core of what I create is a fascination with polarity—the tension between creation and destruction, light and shadow, silence and sound. I’ve experienced both the liberation and the limitations of creativity, and I’ve come to understand that stuckness often signals a deeper internal split—parts of us pulling in different directions, each with something important to say. Creative work doesn’t live in the resolution. It lives in the middle—in the friction, the not-yet-knowing. For me, art isn’t about finding answers. It’s about staying with the question long enough to hear what it’s really asking.
whAT I DO
I help creative minds map their way out of the burnout ⇆ stagnation vortex.
I help creatives meet, understand and express themselves to themselves. Together, we step into creative liberation: a space for brave creatives who are ready to stop fighting against their nature and start creating from it. We’ll explore not just what you want to create, but also what gets in the way—gently uncovering the patterns, beliefs, and stories that may be holding you back. By seeing ourselves fully, befriending the critic, and making peace with the messy middle, we can untangle the knots and find a new way forward.
WHY I DO IT
Grounded creative minds imagine & create a kinder future.
I am devoted to our personal, collective and creative liberation. I believe that when we are grounded in our creative flow, we become catalysts for change—both within ourselves and in the world around us. Your perspectives bring contrast, depth, texture, & colour to the world. Your voice, perspective and art is needed more than ever.
Still curious?

I exist in this weird world as a neurocomplex, queer, quietly rebellious, multi-hyphenate creative and all-around unconventional human being. I also work as the Director of Operations + Strategy at @wedosomething_org. I write poetry and paint visual remedies to soften the inner wars we host. I’m writing a book about the process of untaming and rewilding ourselves. I speak French, English, Spanish, and I’m learning Portuguese and Arabic. I’m originally from Montreal, Canada, and I moved to a quiet surf town in Portugal in March 2025. If you know me personally, my life is pretty weird. If you really really know me, my life is a sitcom.
I’m not a fan of perfect consistency and balance, but I do expect discipline and devotion from myself every season, and it always takes on a slightly different form. This season:
My creative goal is: finish writing my book by September 2025.
My creative habit is: sit with my book at least twice a week—whether or not I write a single word. The goal is simply to connect with its spirit.
