NICE TO MEET YOU, DEAR CREATIVE MIND.
Iām Pascale, your creative guide + thought partner on the rebellious creative path.
WHo i am
Iām a coach, artist, writer, poet, amateur florist & all-around unconventional human.
As a creative myself, I experience firsthand the profound contrast between the healing, cathartic powers of creativity and the paralyzing anxieties it can cause.
whAT I DO
I help creatives meet, understand and express themselves to themselves.
I coach creative people to work with their creative minds instead of against them in order to break free of the cycle of hustle, burnout, and stagnation. As your creative thought partner, I'm here to help you build emotional resilience, self-trust and radical self-acceptance.
WHY I DO IT
Grounded creative minds imagine & create a kinder future
Creative minds have the power to make a real difference on our planet. Your perspectives bring contrast, depth, texture, & colour to the world.
Still curious?

I exist in this weird world as a neurocomplex, queer, quietly rebellious, multi-hyphenate creative and all-around unconventional human being. I also work as the Director of Operations + Strategy at @wedosomething_org (check it out, we do pretty cool stuff š). I write poetry to soothe anxious minds, and draw hair because it soothes mine. I'm in the process of writing a book with the code name "Anemone." I speak French, English, Spanish, understand Portuguese + am trying my best to learn Arabic. I live in Montreal, but my heart is in Spain (or Portugal, it depends on the day). I'm allergic to my 3 cats and spend most of my life sneezing. I'm actually more of a dog person.
Iām not a fan of perfect consistency and balance, but I do expect discipline and devotion from myself every season, and it always takes on a slightly different form. This season:
My creative goal is: to finish the final version of my book by December 2024.
My creative habit is: starting my Friday morning early at a coffee shop to write my book, and painting on Saturday mornings.
