Dear creative mind,

Allow me to share a secret: my creative mind is not always a peaceful place to be. As a fellow creative myself, I too, experience firsthand the profound contrast between the healing, cathartic powers of art and the paralyzing anxieties it can cause.

How can we find more ease in this rebellious creative life we crave?

I believe it’s first and foremost a process of unlearning the ways we contort ourselves to fit into tiny boxes, choosing to work with rather than against ourselves, and slowly building resilience to navigate the beautifully chaotic nature of the creative process.

It’s not about making yourself wrong or trying to smooth out the path, but about honoring who you truly are, creating a nurturing environment, and building new coping skills to navigate the twists and turns of the rebellious life you crave—especially in a world that often seems determined to make you feel out of place.

I’d be honoured to be your guide, and help you untangle the knots you're navigating on your creative path, one thread at a time.

Following your complimentary clarity call, I will create a bespoke journey for you, aligned with your unique goals, challenges and life season.

*Note: I’m planning to retreat in my creative cave to focus on my own art during Spring 2025.

  • Coaching is a collaborative partnership where I guide you through a thought-provoking and creative process to help you maximize your potential. Together, we'll set goals and gain a deeper understanding of your present self to shape a future that feels inspiring and true to you.

    My role is to offer guidance, ensure accountability, and assist you in making practical lifestyle changes to make progress toward a life, creative practice and business that makes space for your multi-hyphenated self.

  • A creative life doesn’t look one way. You don’t have to be a painter, poet, or musician to be an artist. If you view life and business through a creative lens, this partnership was designed with you in mind. Being an artist and monetizing your art are two different things—you don’t have to be making an income from your art (or even want to) to benefit from this coaching partnership. If creativity is important to you, and you want to create more space for it in your life, let’s explore this together.   • Through coaching, we can explore your creative identity, process, and business. Past clients often grappled with overwhelm, self-doubt, burnout, confusion, and scatteredness—a challenging space for creative expression! Together, we work on helping you connect with your truest creative self, find more flow in your process, rewrite harmful narratives that keep you stagnant, identify clear steps for steady progress on your vision, invest your energy wisely, and empower you to share your work with confidence.

  • Yes, absolutely. Working together, we will investigate your internal dialogue, habits and patterns, as this is key to unlock your creative potential, bring your vision to life and make consistent progress in the work you’re here to do. I do have a background in business management, marketing and experience running my multiple businesses since 2014— I’ll be happy to share ideas, insights and feedback with you.

    That being said, I’m more interested in helping you design a business that truly serves who you are - an “effective strategy” will never truly be, if it ends up burning you out. Let’s find out what works for you (regardless of allthe ‘shoulds’ in business).

  • Following your complimentary clarity call, I will create a bespoke journey for you, aligned with your unique goals, challenges and life season. That may look like a single breakthrough session to sift through your spinning thoughts, a multiple-week program to focus on one core area of your life and business, a high-touch 3-6 month partnership to birth a new version of your creative self & work, or something completely different that meets your specific needs!

  • Coaching costs vary based on session length, frequency, and the level of support you need. I’m flexible and pretty good at finding creative solutions around budget and needs, which is why we’ll start with a free clarity call.

    Transparency is key, so here’s a general idea: single sessions are $175, a long-term partnership (3-month +) that includes bi-weekly sessions and ongoing high-touch support varies between $600-$800/month.

    In our call, we can discuss the specific roles I can play—whether as a gentle accountability guide (to help you stay on track), a curious coach (to dive deeper, explore new perspectives, strategize), or a dedicated thought partner (to receive hands-on support, and help you bring a project to life).
