A creative growth + wellness gathering for creative minds.

If you're craving a sense of community, gentle accountability or simply space to reconnect with your creativity, you might want to join us this season. Every other week, we’ll gather for a 60-min session away from busy-ness and perfectionism to create, play, experiment, try new things or take brave action (ps. that can also be radical rest!). The gathering opens with a grounding practice, and you'll receive journaling prompts, creative invitations and curated playlists to help you cultivate curiosity, creativity and courage throughout the session.

The next session will be held on Monday, July 3rd at 1PM EDT (convert to your timezone HERE).

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

⇾ A 60-min circle to create space for what you need— brave action, rest, daydreaming, creating.

⇾ A grounding meditation to find our centre and set clear intentions for our circle.

⇾ Creative activities and journaling prompts inspired by the energy of the Full Moon.

⇾ Curated playlists to find focus or flow as we work, create, rest alongside each other.

⇾ A space to connect with kindred spirits + creative minds.

Summer schedule:

This season, I will be hosting two gatherings every month: one around the New Moon and one around the Full Moon. You'll always have the option to make space for what you need, but you'll be invited to pay attention to finding focus during New Moon sessions, and finding flow during Full Moon sessions.

We'll be meeting every other Monday at 1PM EDT to gather, create and explore a theme:

• July 3rd— Full Moon in Capricorn (productivity)

• July 17th— New Moon in Cancer (community)

• July 31st— Full Moon in Aquarius (comparison)

• August 14th— New Moon in Leo (visibility)

• August 28th— Full Moon in Pisces (indecisiveness)

• September 11th— New Moon in Virgo (harmony)

Note: For over two years, donations have been optional to attend the monthly gathering. As of July 31st, contributions will be mandatory to join and support our sacred space. There are a few free spots available each month.
