Obviously, running a business requires work. There’s no getting around it. But hustle culture has us convinced that it’s a “one size fits all'' way of operating in that if you’re not always busy doing and achieving, you just don’t want it enough. Or worse, that there’s something wrong with you. How do you break that autopilot pattern you’re in to slow down to enjoy life as well as your business? In this episode, I’ll share some of my experiences as well as some ways you can let go of the gas pedal, without pumping the brakes to a complete halt. How do we slow down and still grow?
