A GROUNDING & RESTORATIVE SPACE FOR YOUR wild, restless CREATIVE MIND

Creative minds are the architects of a new world and their art holds the keys to reimagining our reality. The problem is: too often, they spend just as much time making self-limiting narratives as they do making art.

Learn to use your vivid imagination in generative, liberating ways ↓

Dear creative mind,

Thank you for showing up for your creativity, your ideas, and for yourself. It matters more than you know in a world that disempowers those brave enough to imagine different realities.

I’m Pascale, your guide on the rebellious path of creative living. I help artists re-member their creative nature and channel their imagination in generative, liberating ways.

Dear Creative Mind is a love letter to the artist inside all of us: an intimate conversation between the devoted creative spirit and the imaginative mind. An invitation to enter into partnership with all parts of your creative self.

This space was built for artists severed from their creative power, estranged from themselves, and at odds with the world they seek to transform. Together, we decode your inner landscape, soften what is rigid, and untangle what is knotted, so you can bring your rebellious ideas to life.

You were always meant to colour outside the lines. It’s time to stop fighting against your nature, and start creating from it. The greatest act of rebellion is choosing to love our creative life more than we love cooperating with our own oppression.*

Let’s tend to your creative fire.

  • At the heart of my work is the idea of re-membering our creative nature. When a creative limb has been severed, it is our responsibility as artists to nurture it back to life. To do so, we must re-member the creative body: reclaiming the parts of ourselves that have been silenced, staying present with the full spectrum of the creative process, integrating creative mind and spirit, befriending the inner critic, and honouring the contrasts within us.

  • Through creativity coaching and therapeutic art, I help you fully inhabit the polarities within yourself and your art, to cultivate inner coherence, self-expression, and forward momentum.

  • Coaching for me  is both directional and reflective. It's a process that helps someone move forward, and inward. Through coaching, you are guided somewhere (toward a goal, a desire...), but also of being guided inward, deeper into the why.

Creativity is how I personally metabolize life. It’s the way I make meaning in this strange human experience. Maybe that’s how you see it too? Creativity is a life force, and because all things exist in duality, it’s inseparable from death. It is creation and destruction, making and unmaking. That’s what makes the creative process inherently cyclical and transformative. It asks you to become familiar with the void just as much as the breakthrough.

My creativity coaching approach is centered around helping you stay present to the process of making something from nothing. I’m here to guide you toward your creative goals, but also (and perhaps more importantly) to support you in deep, relational work: expanding your capacity to be with the parts of the process that test you, stretch you, and ultimately reshape you. I’m here to support you not just in what you make, but in who you become as you make it

  • Therapeutic arts (sometimes called non-clinical art therapy or “art as therapy”) is a creative approach to emotional and personal growth. It’s a way to connect with the subconscious and explore your emotional landscape through visual art, movement, writing, sound, or other creative forms.

I also love working with mythology and symbolism to explore aspects of our human experience that can feel difficult to access through the mind alone.

My work is not clinical. I do not offer psychotherapy or art therapy, and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. What I do offer is a compassionate, non-judgmental space to support emotional insight.
