A SPACE FOR creative liberation

Mapping pathways out of the burnout ⇆ stagnation vortex.

Creative minds are the architects of a new world and their art holds the keys to reimagining our reality.

The problem is: creative minds tend to spend just as much time making self-limiting narratives as they do making art. Let’s rewrite that story.

pick your pathway

Not sure where to start your exploration?

Here are 4 pathways to guide your next step.

Confusion → Clarity

For when you feel far from your voice, unsure of your vision, or lost creatively.

Distraction → Focus

For when ideas swirl but don’t quite land, and you want one clear thread to follow.

Resistance → Flow

For when you feel tangled inside— stuck in doubt, perfectionism, or procrastination.

Doubt → Confidence

For when visibility feels raw, and you're navigating the discomfort of growth.

Unsure where to start? Begin anywhere. Trust your intuition. Every pathway is designed to lead you towards creative liberation.

Hello, I'm Pascale.

Your guide on THE REBELLIOUS PATH OF CREATIVE LIVING.

I help creative minds— artists, visionaries, disruptors, mystics & earth stewards— map their way out of the burnout ⇆ stagnation vortex.

Together, we step into creative liberation: a space for brave creatives who are ready to stop fighting against their nature and start creating from it.

We’ll explore what opens up when we loosen the grip of rigid systems—internal or external— and return to our own rhythms, instincts and truths.

You don’t need to keep fighting to fit in. You’re meant to colour outside the lines, and create from the wild, untamed space within you.

You’re ready. Let’s begin.

Pascale Côté - Creativity Guide, Therapeutics Art Practitioner, Artist & Writer.

OUR SHARED MISSION

clarityfocusflowconfidence

  • Reconnect with your untamed essence + map your rebellious path

  • Define your creative identity + own what you're here to create.

  • Cultivate a softer inner dialogue + build self-partnership

  • Sharpen your problem-solving, decision-making + action-taking skills

  • Build tools to move through common creative vortexes (procrastination, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, self-doubt…)

  • Step into your power + learn to trust yourself as you become the rebellious artist you're meant to be.

  • I offer creativity coaching, facilitate therapeutic arts exercises, and host creative gatherings that support both self-expression and forward movement. Through intuitive guidance and practical tools, I help creatives step away from the cycle of burnout/stagnation.

I’ll be your sounding board to refine ideas, a thought partner to co-create meaningful plans, and a compassionate guide to help you return to your center when you drift from your creative core. Together, we’ll explore not just what you want to create, but also what gets in the way—the patterns, beliefs, and stories that may be holding you back.

  • Creativity coaching is a collaborative process of reflection, inquiry, and transformation.

We look beneath the surface of what’s feeling stuck or unclear. I ask questions that help you hear yourself more clearly, so you can untangle what’s in the way and find your own way forward.

It’s a space where you meet the version of you that’s already living the life you’re trying to create. In our sessions, we slow down and listen closely—to your resistance, your longings, your inner voice that’s tired of playing small or staying stuck. You begin taking next steps that reflect your rebellious, most expressed creative self—not the one you’ve been told to be.

  • Therapeutic arts—sometimes called non-clinical art therapy or “art as therapy”—is a creative approach to emotional and personal growth.

It’s a way to connect with the subconscious and explore your emotional landscape through visual art, movement, writing, sound, or other creative forms.

My work is not clinical. I do not offer psychotherapy or art therapy, and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. What I do offer is a compassionate, non-judgmental space to support emotional insight and the path back to yourself.
