How I designed my business around my identity and internal rhythms

Creating and launching a business from the ground up requires a lot from us. Thankfully there’s a wealth of knowledge available to us but in doing so, we tend to create a gap between how we run our business and who we are as the person running it. Rather than adapting the learnings and blending them with our personal reality, we create carbon copies of business templates that unfortunately contribute to draining our energy and confidence. There isn’t “one way” to do anything and once you accept yourself and account for who you are, that’s when you can create from a place of flow. We need to account for our values and identity because they 100% have a direct impact on every single choice we make in your business.

In this episode, I’ll take you behind the scenes at how I had to reshape the way I run my business based on my personality, values and identity. We’ll dive into how I create my schedule, my boundaries and how I create my content.

  • Do you find yourself trying to find new routines or schedules on a regular basis because none of them seem to “stick”?

  • Do you sometimes judge yourself for not managing your business the way other people do?
