As I eased back into work on Monday, I was hit by a few unsettling waves. Fortunately, I designed the rituals, habits and systems to stay grounded in my life and business, so that I can easily find peace in the midst of chaos.

Today, I'd love to share one of these rituals with you: intentional monthly planning. By the way, you can also decide to make a decision, and change something on a Wednesday at 12PM. You choose: you are the conscious creator of your life here. Time is an illusion.

Your new habits don't have to start on a Monday.

Your monthly planning doesn't have to start on the 1st.

Your resolutions or intentions don't have to start in January.

Where do you want your month to start? On the 1st, on the New Moon, on the Full Moon? Today? It doesn't matter when it starts or even how... what matters is that you do take action on what you desire. At your own pace. Blooming, with grace.

Below you'll find a few prompts to guide this monthly ritual. Create a safe space, light a candle, cozy up in a blanket, and listen up. Trusting that whatever comes through is what you need to hear.

Guidance on intuitive monthly planning

1) Reviewing the past month: Where have I been playing small or hiding? What did I learn and how do I want to use this lesson moving forward? What needs to stop, change, start?

2) What is an intention, a word, a mantra, an energy that I want to surround myself with this month?

3) What am I calling in and welcoming? What are some projects I want to bring further or finalize? Do I feel like challenging myself? If so, how?

4) What are essential milestones to reach? What are important action steps to focus on? What are some supportive habits I can set for myself? How can I make this easy on myself?

5) What are some beliefs I can choose to hold about myself to make this easy, simple on myself?

6) This month, I am... (writing in the present tense, channeling from the most confident, magical, joyful version of you)
